Yes, we did! From the confines of our single household bubbles in a Red Phase, more than 30 hikers got up and walked the streets and trails, stepped onto our treadmills and elliptical trainers and road our indoor bikes and cubi’s. We covered the distance of the Cabot Trail, starting in Lake Ainslie and moving clockwise around the Trail till we came to Baddeck.
We saw the sights along the way. We were greeted by our siblings in United Churches along the Trail. We tasted the delights of traditional Cape Breton fare. We had a kitchen party.
And now we are going to stay in practice for another walk #TogetherApart in Lent. Where would you like to go? What would you like to see?
