The Mystery of Easter

Holy Week offers us an invitation to journey with Jesus into the heart of Love. We see his self-giving Love in action.

We journey from the sad purple of LENT into the joy of EASTER.

We have several opportunities to participate in the journey that takes us to the Mystery of Easter.

Palm Sunday, March 20
Worship at 11am
Palm Processional and Sunday School Musical, “It All Happened in the City.”

Maundy Thursday, March 24
Supper and Communion in the Fellowship Room at 5:30pm
We gather round a table and hear the story of the gathering in the Upper Room and share a light meal and Communion.

Good Friday, March 25
Worship at Trinity at 10am
We gather with St. Paul’s United Church in the Solemn Liturgy of Good Friday. We listen. We remember.

Holy Saturday, March 26
Children/Youth Musical at 2:30pm.
“It All Happened in the City.”
Freewill offering and/or non-perishable items for the Food Bank.

Easter Sunday, March 27
Worship at 11am
Christ is Risen. Christ is Risen Indeed.
A celebration of Easter, Confirmation, Transfer of Church Membership, & Holy Communion.

And Easter is such a BIG Mystery, we have six Sundays to celebrate, all the way to Pentecost.
